    The wiring CAD is a schematic drawing. Schematic drawings not only aid in the initial wiring process, but are invaluable when it comes to troubleshooting and adding electronics later on.

Whether doing a CAD for a do it yourself project or a layout we are constructing for you, we utilize the electronics that will fill the needs of the design. Be it automatic turnout and train control for apposing trains on a single track, automatic turnout control for trains going against a turnout in a thrown position (preventing collisions at track intersections), or whatever wiring needs you may have. We research and work hard to solve all your problems with the most up to date electronics.

Wire gauge is calculated for bus, sub bus, and feeder wires to minimize the change in voltage to the train as it goes along the track. It is estimated that a change of more than 10% in voltage is what causes a model train to slow down and speed up as it goes around the layout.
